APP (Atactic Polypropylene) waterproofing is a type of modified bitumen membrane that is commonly used in the construction industry to provide a highly effective and durable waterproofing solution for roofs, foundations, and other structures. Here are some of the benefits of using APP waterproofing:
Excellent durability: APP waterproofing is highly resistant to UV radiation, weathering, and chemical exposure, which means it can provide long-lasting protection against water infiltration and other types of damage.
Flexibility: APP waterproofing has a high degree of flexibility, which allows it to adapt to the movement and settling of the building without cracking or tearing.

APP Waterproofing Membrane
The APP membrane, short for Atactic Polypropylene Membrane, is a special waterproofing material that is manufactured from Bitumen. They comes in rolls. Each roll measures 10 metres by 1 metre and covers an area of 8.7 m². With proper workmanship, the APP membrane is a very efficient and durable waterproofing material used in most constructions. It is a common waterproofing material used on concrete flat roofs (which are still roofs) or roofs with low pitch. Apart from concrete roofs and low pitched roofs, other areas of application are concrete gutters, basements and retaining walls.
Some advantages of using the APP membrane is that it has enhanced bitumen performance which helps in UV resistance. It is not affected by rapid changes in temperature and is still efficient during extreme hot and cold temperatures. APP waterproofing membranes also provide superior tensile strength while maintaining critical flexibility - even in the coldest environments which make it hard to crack.

If you will install tiles after APP waterproofing there will be no seepage.

No there is not any method of removal....if membrane is not covered then open any overlap then u can easily remove all membrane.

No.... For the basement you should use the HDPE sheet before casting Raft.
For the basement you can use it for retaining walls from the negative side of the wall.
